Our Services
Daily Living Skills
We focus on building the everyday skills that help you live with
confidence and ease. This could mean finding better ways to manage energy, setting up routines that work for you, improving communication, or developing practical life skills such as cooking, shopping, or maintaining your home. Our goal
is to support meaningful independence, helping you take part in daily life in ways
that feel comfortable, capable, and truly your own.
Functional Assessment
A functional assessment looks at how you manage everyday tasks and where support may help. Your occupational therapist will
discuss your routines, observe activities, and identify your strengths and challenges. The goal is to recommend practical strategies and supports that
improve safety, independence, and confidence in daily life.
Assistive Technology and Equipment Prescription
Assistive technology is about
finding practical solutions that make everyday life easier for you. We will work with you to identify what works best for your needs, and arrange trials as needed.
We provide set-up, training (if required) and follow-up to ensure your assistive technology fits smoothly into your life.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) & Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
We conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate functional capacity, daily support needs, risks, and environmental requirements to determine eligibility for SIL and SDA. Following assessment, if eligibility criteria are met, we prepare detailed reports to support SIL and SDA applications and reviews, including recommendations regarding appropriate support ratios and housing design categories.
Cognitive and Fatigue Management
We help you find practical ways to manage energy, memory, and concentration so daily life feels more achievable. Together,
we explore simple strategies, routines, and tools that support clearer thinking, better focus, and sustainable energy throughout the day.
Safe Manual Handling Support
We provide education and training to help you move safely and comfortably at home. Our goal is to make sure you and your
caregivers feel confident using equipment and completing transfers with ease.
Home Modifications
If moving around your home has become challenging or you
have safety concerns, home modifications can make everyday living easier.
Home Access Consultation
Thinking about buying or renovating a home? We’re
here to help you plan ahead. A home access audit considers how your home can best support your needs now and in the future, ensuring it’s safe, accessible, and functional in a way that’s meaningful to you. Whether you’re exploring a new property or preparing for renovations, we’re happy to chat about how to make
your space truly work for you.
Home Safety Assessment and Falls prevention
We will support you to create a
living space that feels safe and easy to move around in. We help identify any potential hazards or fall risks and suggest simple, practical changes to improve safety, build confidence, and support your independence at home.
